National Games Week 2010

From 2004 - 2006, each Thanksgiving week was also National Games Week. This week was a celebration of table-top gaming; everything from Monopoly, to Settlers of Catan to classic games like Mah-Jongg.

Thousands participated during these years, playing games and winning prizes. Now National Games Week is making a comeback. Cloud Kingdom games is looking forward to once more being a sponsor. Check the official site for more details as we get closer to the launch date.

Most of the riddles we right here at Cloud Kingdom contain references or wording that's above the elementary school level. Well, we've fixed that now!

Kiddles is targeted towards the younger set with less complicated (but still artfully worded) riddles. To give the kids hints, the facing page to each riddle has a collage of images; hidden somewhere in there is the answer to the riddle.

For independent readers, it's a great way to learn puzzle solving - and for them to show off their skills to you and their friends. For those who aren't reading yet, it's fun to sit with them and work through the words.
